If you're setting up a working flat, the thing to do is say so and be honest about having no name, no ads to prove it and some idea of how the site and it's members work which you could easily have got by reading the rules. Asking for half people's money isn't going to help, and nor is addressing/referring to adult women as 'girls'.

People are entitled to ask questions not only because they are members of this forum (and as Amy pointed out you are advertising in the Lions Den)but because they may like to know how it all works and what it's all about before deciding if it is of interest to them.After all you could be anybody..no website or anything to 'look at' and that is a big ask expecting people to feel comfortable handing over half their fee per booking for a room and some advertising (things they could sort out themselves for less!).
