Guy booked for 1 o'clock,I actually text him 44 minutes before the appointment time to say im a little behind can we make it 1.15, he then  called me 9 minutes to 1,  so I text saying sorry I will be 10 minutes, just getting ready, so not actually running late at all,  not sure why I apologised tbf, just being polite, then he sent a text a few mins later saying do you always treat your customers like this ? sorry but its too cold to be standing around like a spare prick at a wedding.Thanks for wasting my time .
