are rainy days much quieter

does it hold true for everyone that on rainy days you get few to no clients at all? so far it has happened to me zero clients on rainy days. I work on touring only and it sucks as it is a wasted hotel night
why have cotton when you can have silk???

Only thing I can think of it's a bit difficult nipping out of work , home if your going to get soaked , I suppose if they know exactly where they're going then they can judge a quick dash but not if someone has to walk from a special point to be seen etc .

Rainy days or cold days bring me more work...its the long hot summer days that are quiet for me. I presume that clients are doing the garden or on bike rides lol nightmare....

i find that it is quiet when it is raining!
;D some days i check forecast before to choose if i show as AT!
more when it is middle of the month...
and monday....

i do not think there is a rule as for example friday..if rain..i have some requests anyway...or monday in the end of the month is usually good or begin..
today i didn t show as At for weather and because i worked yesterday for a project outside of escorting.

I find it doesn't make any difference one way or another.Although I did have one knobhead cancel on me today as the weather forecast was for rain and he was worried about being caught in it.I wouldn't mind but it would have been no more than a 5 min walk from where he was coming from and has he not heard of umbrellas?

Very wet and drizzly here today but had a good one anyway, 2 halfs and a 45 minute but I turned another one down this afternoon partly because I was happy with what I already did and partly because it was a man I have in in my list as OCIQ (only see if quiet) and I was very pleased I could say no.

I have never noticed any difference in bookings whether good or bad weather.

If its pelting it down maybe. Or very stormy, otherwise not.

I've found if I've been in areas where it snows a lot that's been much more of a problem.

Most of my clients drive to me, so I don't think it makes much difference, no.
