Agency favouritism
« on: 23 November 2017, 05:30:21 pm »
Hey ladies,

As some of you may or may not know I'm half indie/ half agency. I started as agency but as my confidence has grown I'm now earning more indie :) Long story short, the agency I've been with has been super quiet the last few months and today I've found out they are keeping their fave girls sat waiting in the incall all day so any jobs that do happen to come through they get them. Only found out today as a client told me; luckily he told the agency he didn't want the girl they had stationed in there and he booked me instead. Am I wrong to be peed off and think this is unfair favouritism?! I'm highly reviewed with the agency and indie and some of the girls they are pushing have very poor reviews so so not sure where I've gone wrong?! Safe to say now I will be leaving the agency imminently as I now know a lot better and I'll be telling them where to shove it!xxx

Its very unfair but I don't think it's uncommon, from what I've heard.

I've heard some agencies expect "tips" from girls to give them the best jobs.
And me, I am not a mess, I am a wilderness, yes

Mine is mostly a daytime agency and no tip culture that I know of! Luckily some of my regs are starting to find me on AW :) thankfully I've found my feet as an indie now thanks to this site, so not relying on them any more! Xxxx

When I first started out with an agency they did this to me. I would never get any jobs with them. The main favourite girl then took over the agency and she made 5 different profiles for herself using different names & deleted me off the website/dropped me without even telling me  ;D

Jeez that's harsh!! I'm in Manc so lots of SPs but the way they operate is so unprofessional but as I say I'm on the way out and know better now. Lesson learnt, phew!!!!!xxx

Think I have to comment here, plenty of reasons in the above posts to stick to being independent only. Couldn't keep that one to myself.

It is not uncommon behaviour by agencies. It is not your time there anymore, time for you to take control on how you want to work like and being indie has some good benefits. Go for it dont look back.
