Chelsea flat to rent short term in March

Hello ladies,

I am offering my Chelsea studio for rent whilst I?m away on my International tour in early to mid March for a minimum period of two weeks to a maximum of 1 month. The flat is a 4min walk from South Kensington tube- Piccadilly, Circle & District Lines or 7mins walk from Sloane Square- Circle & District lines.

Flat is beautifully furnished, free WiFi, NetFlix, fresh towels and linen, CCTV throughout building, washing machine, men?s toiletries, smoking is allowed but only in the kitchenette.

No other ladies are permitted to use the flat, no boyfriends and no drug use, party bookings, low volume independent mature ladies or gents need apply.

Rent for two weeks is ?800 and additional weeks are ?400.
I request a holding deposit of one weeks rent and also a copy of ID.

I am interested but would not be happy to give personal ID to a another working girl and would discourage other ladies from doing that.
