I have an apartment with a room to let when I'm away
 
My apartment is inside a secure gated complex situated 5 minutes north of the city centre, close to all local amenities and a large retail park. The nearest train station is Victoria although Piccadilly is still only ten minutes drive away. Queens Road Tram Station is just a short walk and there are plenty of bus stops and Taxi places close by.

It is very discrete and quiet with secure free parking right outside. Most of the other residents are professionals so they are out all day and basically keep to themselves.

I have a NO DR#G policy for everyone. If I find out and trust me I will, you will be asked to leave immediately with no refund or deposit returned!!!

The apartment has three bedrooms

The 1st bedroom is very spacious and comes with an en-suite bathroom.
 
The 2nd is smaller but is soon to be set up with a webcam/laptop which will be available for web cam only Ladies (at a reduced rate) 

The 3rd room is a fully stocked Massage Room complete with large Massage Table, towel warmer, oil heater, coffee machine etc.   

All rooms are available to rent on a daily, evening hourly rate. Special Weekend Rates. Contact for details!!

Deposit is payable via bank transfer or paypoint and is taken when booking to secure dates and deter 'No Shows' This is refundable when you return keys on leaving. Full Payment on arrival - Get in touch with the dates you are looking for if you wish to book

I have the following availability:

Now until 26th July The Apartment is available for Advance Bookings; Long Weekends from Friday to Monday & Monday to Thursday Nights only.
Hourly Rate is available at relatively short notice Monday to Friday 10am until 10pm for Advance Bookings only

Occasional Days during the Week will become available as & when but I will only know closer to the time. 
When a short notice day becomes available I can text you. This is usually the night before or on the morning but it will be in time for you to cancel any hotel reservations you may have made and the usual rate will be reduced to reflect this. If this would suit you get in touch and I will add you to the list.


From 27th July until 17th September This is when things change a little and the apartment is available everyday for Advance Bookings but no hourly rate available []
