Don't know what brought it on but today was my busiest in a long time. I even had to turn one down as could not do the time he wanted, I was already booked.  No real reason I know, just the way it goes. After my last one I was glad there were no more, one thing for sure I would not want this busy a day every day, no matter how much money. 

Pacing myself has always been the way and I think that is why I have not experienced burn out.

This is what I have experienced this week as well. I have seen 7 clients and turned down a few too. I wouldn't want to see any more than 2 a day on a regular basis, although at times I have seen 3. But that is not the norm. I plan to do this job for a while and pacing yourself is essential at least for me. I would have more than just burnout if I saw loads - I would have a nervous breakdown!

The evening was a bit slow in Heathrow so I decided to work through the night, managed to see three guys and had to turn down a few due to limited time.

Yesterday was dead till 2.30. Then from 2.30 till 10pm I did not stop

It is slow here in Bristol because it is school hols - all the single parent men are doing their share of child care and the married ones (which is most of my clients) are playing happy families with wifey - but no sex (amazing how many married men get zero or once a month shags at home). Come September there will be a lot of freed up men looking to unload their pent up sex drive - just wait. I have had my best weeks in first week in Sept and first week in Jan (sexless christmas hols has them dying for a shag!). Many of my clients are self employed - being out in their van "working" is their only chance of freedom.

Today prebooked appointments so will be able to stop at 3pm, which is perfect. I don't know what's going on but this is the first time that august sounds promising with a lot of 2-3 hour bookings (with down payment), a mix of new and regulars

Same here it is quite for me. I decided to focus more on waitress work then weekend incall and late night outcall. Over the weekend was busy from 2am onwards then went quiet 7am.

I was dead last week but I've been very busy yesterday and today.

Last week was ok for me but this week so far has been very quiet one 30 mins yesterday and the same so far today and most people have just been paid!

yesterday 0, today 1 only ( i refused another one just for ping pong unsens email), hopefully i got another advanced booking later this week!
I guess too early...they just get paied! i hope so!
Anyway i am so happy as i will meet all regulars that i really like!... grateful!
