the timewasters tend not to ring back as i said its not 100 percent but when working in ireland which is notorious for timewasters ( one girl mentioned on EI she has 27 no shows in one day) i cut mine down to 5 for two weeks and of those 3 of them were booking in the morning ie for 10am so they didnt really waste my time as much as they could of done
its not foolproof but the timewasters often cant be bothered to ring you back they are busy wasting someone elses time

Any confirmation system isn't foolproof, or 100% accurate but it tends to work the majority of the time. Have had the odd grumpy person who genuinely forgot to phone at the agreed time, and I've decided to make other arrangements but most of the time it does weed out those who really do want to come see you.
