persistent time waster calling west london

This guy has a soft spoken voice he had called and not turned up for his booking previously and now got my new mobile number from AW today, ive informed him he is in my time waster directory list and that he will not get a booking he has been repeadely texting and leaving messages begging i have blocked him now  He text asking me to forgive him.
the mobile is 078720225** dont bother with him ladies.
ok now i have a problem on my hands, this guy as detailed above had called with a different number and  name then got my full flat address and number  , not turned up for the booking but made out he was outside . im furious .

This male by the name of jay has just turned up without a wallet and said he left it in his car. He did not return .i called him to inform him not to call or turn up again.
