I’d just like to introduce our new website to you.  Open Doors is a free and confidential sex worker service in East London.  As well as doing regular outreach across, City, Hackney, Tower Hamlets & Newham, we have 4 sexual health clinics offering:

•   Sexual health testing and treatment
•   Contraception
•   Emergency Contraception
•   Pregnancy testing
•   HIV Testing
•   Hepatitis B vaccinations
•   Cervical screening
•   Free condoms, lubricant, dams, sponges and finger cots
•   Referral to support services including counselling
•   Ugly Mug information.

If you are in City, Hackney, Tower Hamlets or Newham we can visit you. 
We can come to your flat, massage parlour, hotel or to your own home, but we can also be flexible about meeting places that suit you.
We can test you for sexually transmitted infections, including HIV and give you emergency contraception, Hepatitis B vaccinations, or just bring you some condoms and the latest copy of Ugly Mugs!

Hi my name is Jacqui Vennard, i am an Independent Sexual Violence Advisor employed by Open Doors.

I supports Sex Workers in east London who have been victims of rape or sexual assault.

I can support you to access the Haven Rape Referral Centre where forensic evidence can be gathered and follow on care can be given.

I can also support you to report to the police if you choose to do so and can support you through the criminal justice procedures acting as a channel of communication keeping you up to date with the investigation.

I just wanted to say that I can recommend this Clinic....

I have seen Kim many times and she is always non-judgemental and happy to test me for any and all things that I think I need testing for....even though I always work safe....

They can also do Hep B Updates and Pregnancy Tests as I have had both there...

They also give out a MASSIVE bag of Condoms rather than just the handful that most Clinics give you....they also give out Lube, smaller sized condoms, larger sized condoms, dental dams, finger condoms (when you are doing anal play on a Client) and a few other things that I don't remember....

Anyway....I don't have any connections with them so I'm not advertising or anything....Just wanted to let you all know that they are brilliant and discreet and that I am happy to recommend them ANYTIME.

^ I echo this completely. I saw Sarah at Open Doors regularly for nearly 2 years while living in London and she couldn't have done more for me.

It's a great service and they deserve a big wad of cash. I actually already miss Sarah now I've moved to Edinburgh; she became a great friend over time.
