Prompted by the story of a man who signed up with Elegance 4 Her (www.elegance4her.com) and Male Recruitment (www.malerecruitment.com) but only ever received bookings that were canceled at the last minute, BBC Wales investigates. They talk to someone who claims to have worked for the companies, and a forensic accountant.

There are a lot of scams like this out there. Please read this and don’t believe everything you’re told (yes, that includes here, do your research!)

Elegance4Her describes itself as an escort agency, but if you look at what they’re actually offering, you’ll see that they’re really a very expensive advertising site. Running an expensive advertising site is the best way to get along in the straight male escort market, because in reality there’s hardly any demand. If you don’t believe that, at least consider the fact that you could have your very own website professionally designed for less than the cost of a publicly viewable ad on Elegance4Her.
